A Neighborhood Cocktail Bar and Restaurant located in Albany Park, Bokeh opened in October of 2019. The owner and bartender, Richard Weber, is a 20 year veteran in the hospitality industry working all aspects of the front and back of the house. Bokeh is an homage to his lifelong love of photography and Bokeh (pronounced bo-kay) refers to the blurred background in a photograph that allows you to focus on the subject - a concept he felt leant itself well to a dreamy little cocktail bar. We are focused on serving seasonal cocktails and late night small plates and bar snacks with rotating beer and wine in an intimate and sophisticated space with attentive and friendly guest service, featuring DJs and rotating art shows along with a first and “second chance” happy hour both 5-6pm and 11pm-midnight Sun-Thurs.
